Being close to good helpers

By: Ragna Flotve - Norway

Many municipalities want to encrease their expertise and have requested information on how they can positively interact with enterpreneurs.

“Being close to good helpers” is based on this request and provides input and advice for meeting people who want to start or develop a business. The handbook uses agricultural businesses as a starting point and example and is mainly directed at municipal employees dealing with business consultancy, although perhaps not an a daily basis.
